1- SELECTION OF DOMESTIC BREED ROOTSTOCKS
Factors to be considered in the selection of domestic breed sheep;

a) Animals will be between 2-5 years old

2- HEALTH SCREENING OF LOCAL BREED ROOTSTOCKS

3- PREPARATION OF LOCAL BREED ROOTSTOCKS FOR ANAROMA TRANSFORMATION PROGRAM

4- PREGNANCY OF LOCAL BREED ROOTSTOCKS FROM ANAROMAL SHEEP
An intravaginal plastic device (CIDR) will be kept in the vagina for 14 days in order to consolidate heat and increase ovulation (ovulation) rates in sheep. Following the removal of the implant, 500 IU PMSG will be administered intramuscularly. 5- PREGNANCY TEST OF LOCAL BREED ROOTSTOCKS
